Wayne has been involved in all facets of the company since starting Lavartis in 2002. He has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry including multi-family, hospitality and residential construction. He is a solution-oriented individual and currently oversees all projects from the contract phase through close-out.
Emery has more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry including multi-family and hospitality projects. He is a detail-oriented individual that brings great value to each project by understanding how Lavartis' scope of work fits together with the many trades that come before and after us. He currently oversees all aspects of sales from pre-construction bidding to contract.
