Our Services

Lavartis is your trusted partner for custom multi-family cabinets and countertops. A true “one-stop shop” solution, we provide delivery, project management, and installation services along with top-notch customer service and support.

Shop Drawings

Our approach to shop drawing production involves rigorous review of not only architectural plans but also plumbing and appliance submittals to ensure all trades are on the same page. In both cabinet and countertop design, Lavartis always includes extra length in countertop and cabinet fillers, when possible, to accommodate fluctuations in walls. Our attention to these details allows for us to deliver materials to the jobsite prefabricated with sink and faucet hole cutouts for a quick cut-to-fit installation.

Our 20+ years in the multi-family and hospitality business is a testament not only to the quality of our products but also our installation services. All Lavartis installation crews have been with us for 10+ years and fully understand the importance of jobsite safety, quality workmanship and staying on schedule.

Typically, lead times are 12-14 weeks after shop drawings are approved.

The process begins with an estimate based on architectural and interior design drawings.  Once terms of a contract are established, Lavartis will send out sample submittals and begin working on shop drawings.  Approved submittals from related trades will be requested for review against our shop drawings prior to submitting for approval.  This process takes approximately 1 week.  Once approved, orders will take approximately 12-14 weeks to arrive at your jobsite.  All materials arrive in 20′ or 40′ shipping containers.  A Lavartis crew will unload all materials for storage on your jobsite until you are ready for us to begin installation.
